An Act to call the International Trade Commission to Action.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 240 Section 34 (13S) of the Acts of 2010 shall be amended by adding the following:
The first hearing of the Commission shall be held no later than July 1, 2015.
