An Act relative to implementing the Massachusetts yellow dot program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1: Chapter 6C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, the following Section:-
Section 76. Massachusetts Yellow Dot Program
The secretary of transportation or his designee will promulgate rules and regulations to implement and promote the “Yellow Dot Program” in the Commonwealth.
