An Act allowing free of charge service branch designation license plates for disabled veterans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 399 after the word “motorcycles.”:-“The Registrar shall furnish, without charge, a “VETERAN” plate at the request of an operator who is eligible for a Disabled Veteran plate under this section,”
SECTION 2. Section 2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 439 after the word “who”:-“, is eligible for a Disabled Veteran plate under this section,”
