An Act relative to the appointment of veterans' agents.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 3 of Chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the words “, annually in April,” and inserting after the word “agent” in line 2, the following words:— who shall serve for a term of up to three years and be eligible for reappointment.
