An Act relative to tuition and fee waivers for armed forces reserves.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 19 of chapter 15A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 14 and 15, the words “Massachusetts National Guard members” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- Massachusetts residents serving in the National Guard or Armed Forces Reserve.

SECTION 2. Said section 19 of said chapter 15A, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 17, the words “Massachusetts National Guard members” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- Massachusetts residents serving in the National Guard or Armed Forces Reserve.
