An Act Relative to Military Service.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 4 of the General Laws, in section 7, forty-third clause, is hereby amended by striking out part 3 and inserting in place thereof the following: (3) any person (a) whose last discharge from active service was under honorable conditions, and who (b) served in the army, navy, marine corps, coast guard, national guard, or air force of the United States.
