An Act relative to ParksPass waivers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 92 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Ofificial Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
Section 121. The division of state parks and recreation shall issue a ParksPass waiver for all veterans as defined by section 1 of chapter 115 provided that the veteran has a vehicle with a veteran identified license plate.
