An Act relative to town meetings in the town of Framingham.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 7 of Chapter 143 of the Acts of 1949 is hereby amended by striking the current language and inserting in the place thereof the following language: --

“It shall be the duty of the Town Counsel to attend all sessions of Town Meeting and, further, the chair of an elected or appointed board or committee of the Town, or their designee, shall attend all sessions of Town Meeting at which an article relevant to their position may be discussed.”
