An Act to allow the town of Canton to hold their annual municipal election on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary, the town of Canton is authorized to hold the annual municipal elections on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November.
