An Act relative to public access to Long Island in Boston Harbor.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, if any state funds, grants, pledges for assistance, letters of credits, bonding revenue or other state revenue is spent to provide a means of access to Long Island in Boston harbor, such access to Long Island shall be open to the public.
