An Act to promote education to prevent sexual harassment and violence against women.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1D of chapter 69 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2012 official edition, is hereby amended in line 31 by inserting after the word “exercise” the following: and age appropriate instruction in the issues of sexual harassment and violence against women and girls, including, but not limited to, acquaintance rape, date rape, sexual consent and violence prevention.
