An Act providing funding for the judicial youth corporation program.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. To provide additional funding for the judicial youth corporation program, so called, the sum set forth in section 2 for the purpose and subject to the conditions specified in this act, is hereby appropriated from the General Fund, subject to the laws regulating the disbursement of public funds.

SECTION 2.

0320-0003For the Supreme Judicial Court; provided, that the sum set forth shall be expended for the judicial youth corporation program...............................$135,000.
