An Act protecting victims after fatality.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 272 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 35A the following section:-

Section 32B.  Whoever has sexual intercourse or unnatural sexual intercourse with the dead body of a human being shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than 20 years or by imprisonment in the house of correction for not more than 2 ½ years.
