An Act relative to board of health violations.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 111 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 26 the following section:-

Section 26 ½ . No board of health of a city, established under section 26, department of health of a city, established under section 26A, or board of health of a town, established under section 102B of chapter 41, shall permit a complaint alleging a violation of the laws or regulations related to public health to be made anonymously.
