An Act relative to educator evaluations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 38 of chapter 71 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the fifth paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:-
The results of such evaluations may be used in decisions to dismiss, demote or remove a teacher or administrator pursuant to sections forty-two, forty-two A and sixty-three. Such results shall not be required to be communicated to the department of elementary and secondary education.
