An Act relative to an affordable housing trust in the town of Duxbury.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Any funds or other assets of the “Affordable Housing Trust Fund” established by the town of Duxbury pursuant to Chapter 112 of the Acts of 2005 shall be transferred to that certain affordable housing trust fund established by Duxbury’s annual town meeting under section 55C of chapter 44 of the General Laws.

SECTION 2.  Any payments received by the town of Duxbury designated for the Affordable Housing Trust fund may be applied to that certain affordable housing trust fund established by Duxbury’s annual town meeting under section 55C of chapter 44 of the General Laws.

SECTION 3.  Chapter 112 of the Acts of 2005 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 4.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
