In the One Hundred and Eighty-Ninth General Court

An Act relative to land improvements in the town of Freetown.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The department of conservation and recreation shall implement a specific plan to review, oversee, and repair those portions of the Freetown-Fall River State Forest which have fallen into disrepair. The plan shall specifically focus on repairing the hillsides adjacent to Rattlesnake brook and shall be fully implemented within 2 years of the effective date of this act.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
