An Act relative to the issuance of search warrants.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1 of chapter 276 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the word “issue”, in line 45, the following words:- or unless a judge determines that no testimonial privilege applies and the evidence is necessary to a criminal investigation.
