An Act to examine the issue of funding excessive class size.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the foundation budget commission shall examine the issue of funding additional classrooms and/or staff when class size exceeds local limits and where there is not available classroom space.
