An Act relative to the evaluation of contractors with the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The first paragraph of subsection (7) of section 44D of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the second sentence, the following sentence:-

No contractor evaluation form shall be completed or submitted until the building project to which it relates has been completed in its entirety.

SECTION 2. Subsection (16) of said section 44D of said chapter 149, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the first paragraph the following paragraph:-

No subcontractor evaluation form shall be completed or submitted pursuant to this subsection until the building project to which it relates has been completed in its entirety.
