An Act relative to junior operator's license.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The fifth paragraph of section 8 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- No person holding a junior operator's license shall operate a motor vehicle between the hours of 12:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday and between the hours of 12:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. Monday through Friday unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
