An Act relative to the standing committee on housing for the city of Lawrence.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (d) of section 3.5 of chapter 425 of the acts of 1983 is hereby amended by striking out clause (iv), inserted by section 1 of chapter 430 of the acts of 2002, and inserting in place thereof the following clause:-
(iv) A committee on housing to which shall be referred all housing and real property related matters.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
