An Act to promote equal treatment of vocational school teachers.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 22E of chapter 74 is hereby amended by adding the following:

Compensation received by teachers employed by vocational –technical schools established pursuant to section four shall not be considered compensation from a city under section six A of chapter thirty-nine.
