An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Raoul Santos, an employee of the Military Division.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Military Division shall establish a sick leave bank for Raoul Santos, an employee of the Military Division. Any employee of the Military Division may voluntarily contribute 1 or more sick, personal or vacation days to the sick leave bank for use by Raoul Santos.
