An Act relative to the health insurance of certain elected individuals in the town of Tyringham.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 153 of the acts of 2008 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the following words: - or chapter 32B.

SECTION 2. Said section 1 of said chapter 153 is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 5 and 6, the following words:- or said chapter 32B.

SECTION 3. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Tyringham shall not provide health insurance or dental insurance benefits to an elected official of the town who works less than 20 hours per week.

SECTION 4. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
