An Act relative to regional school district instructors service as an elected official in the city of New Bedford.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any Instructor at a Regional School District receiving a salary for their services as such an Instructor shall also be eligible to additionally receive the established salary for their services as an elected Municipal Official in the City of New Bedford.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its passage.
