An Act further regulating the Position of Highway Surveyor in the Town of Hanson.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The following sentence shall be added to the end of Section 1 of Chapter 389 of the Acts of 2012
The Selectmen shall be permitted to enter into an employment contract with such Highway Surveyor, the term of which shall not exceed three years.
