An Act relative to standards for highly qualified teachers in institutional settings.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The Dept. of ESE shall be instructed to develop regulations allowing all teachers who teach students in state funded institutional settings to become Highly Qualified (as required by NCLB) through a High Objective Uniform State Standard of Evaluation (HOUSSE).
