An Act to require certification of all public school teachers.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Amend Chapter 71, Section 89, subsection (ii) in the 2010 Edition of the General Laws by striking out the subsection and replacing it with words "No teacher shall be hired by a commonwealth charter school who is not certified pursuant to Section 38G."
