In the One Hundred and Eighty-Ninth General Court

An Act relative to a quorum in the town of Rochester.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding Section 13 of Chapter 39 of the General Laws or any other general or special law or town by-law to the contrary, the acts and proceedings taken by the Town of Rochester at the June 8, 2015 annual town meeting and all actions taken pursuant thereto are ratified, validated and confirmed to the same extent as if a quorum had been present at said meeting as required by law.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
