An Act Amending Section 1 of Chapter 48 of the Acts of 2005.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The Greenfield Town Council petitions to amend chapter 48 of the Acts of 2005 by striking or removing the last sentence in section 1 which reads: "The licensing authority shall not approve the transfer of the license to any other person, organization, corporation, or location."
