An Act to amend Section 9 of Chapter 115 of the General Laws.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 9 of Chapter 115 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out “Upon the approval of the commissioner, compensation for 75 per cent of the cost of such flags” and replacing in its place thereof the following sentence: -

“Upon the approval of the commissioner, compensation for 90 per cent of the cost of such flags if the flags are manufactured in Massachusetts.”
