Ordered, That, notwithstanding the provisions of any rule to the contrary, amendments to House, No. 3665, “An Act to improve public records,” or substitute text recommended for or offered to the subject matter contained therein, shall be properly filed with the Clerk of the House in electronic format to be determined by the Clerk as directed by the Speaker prior to half past noon on November 18, 2015, except for perfecting or consolidating amendments offered by the committee on ways and means; provided that the Clerk shall notify by electronic communication the primary sponsor of each amendment of the receipt of such amendment and the number assigned by said Clerk to said amendment; provided further, that the Clerk shall print each amendment so filed electronically; and such printed copy shall be considered to be the official amendment; and be it further

Ordered,That, except for perfecting or consolidated amendments offered by the committee on Ways and Means, no proposition on a subject different from the amendment under consideration shall be admitted under color of a further amendment, except that, notwithstanding the provisions of Rule 20A, any member may remove his/her amendment from the consolidated amendment and offer it as an amendment in the first degree, to be acted upon before action is taken on the consolidated amendment; provided further, that, notwithstanding the provisions of House Rule 74, consolidated amendments may not be divided; and be it further

 

Ordered, That, any amendment not complying with the provisions of the special rules of procedure stated herein shall be considered withdrawn.
