An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Robert Stevens, an employee of the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development shall establish a sick leave bank for Robert Stevens, an employee of the department. Said Robert Stevens has exhausted all of his sick, vacation, personal and compensation time therefore any employee of the department may voluntarily contribute 1 or more sick, personal or vacation days to the sick leave bank as determined by the department to cover days previously absent and any additional days going forward. However Robert Stevens shall exhaust all of his sick, vacation, personal, and compensation time, before using any of the time donated to said sick leave bank. Whenever Robert Stevens terminates employment with the department or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, any remaining time in the sick leave bank shall be transferred to the extended illness leave bank.
