By Representative Parisella of Beverly and Senator Lovely, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3934) of Jerald A. Parisella and Joan B. Lovely (with the approval of the mayor and city council) that the city of Beverly be authorized to change the designation of a certain liquor license in said city. An Act relative to a certain license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises in the city of Beverly.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Chapter 65 of the acts of 2014, is hereby further amended by striking out in the first sentence the words, “White Horse Productions, Inc., d/b/a The Larcom Theatre” and inserting in place thereof:- “Abracadabra Theatre Associates Limited Partnership, d/b/a Larcom Theatre”
SECTION 2: This act shall take effect upon its passage
