Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

PARDON REPORT — 2015

ALLAH, TRUE-SEE, of the following offenses:

April 11, 1988, Boston Municipal Court:

Possession of a Class D Substance.

Guilty, 1 year probation.

March 23, 1989, Boston Municipal Court:

Receiving Stolen Property.

Continued without a finding, 5 months probation.

October 10, 1989, Suffolk Superior Court:

Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

Guilty, 2 years committed, 1 year to serve with the balance of the sentence suspended for 2 years.

October 10, 1989, Suffolk Superior Court:

Unlawful Possession of Ammunition.

Guilty, filed.

July 2, 1990, Suffolk Superior Court:

Armed Assault with Intent to Murder.

Guilty, 9 to 10 years committed.

July 2, 1990, Suffolk Superior Court:

Assault & Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon.

Guilty, 9 to 10 years committed.

June 26, 2014, Advisory Board of Pardons recommended a pardon.

Pardoned of the above offenses on January 2, 2015.

SCHOOLCRAFT, THOMAS K., of the following offense:

October 4, 2005, Newburyport District Court:

Breaking & Entering in the Nighttime with the Intent to Commit a Felony

Guilty, 6 month suspended sentence, probation for 2 years.

November 5, 2014, Advisory Board of Pardons recommended a pardon.

Pardoned of the above offense on January 2, 2015.
