An Act increasing the membership of the board of health in the town of Framingham.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 12 of chapter 27 of the Acts of 1996 is hereby amended by striking out, in the third sentence, the words “each such board and commission” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- the board of public works and the parks and recreation commission.

SECTION 2. The board of health of the town of Framingham shall consist of four members, all serving three-year staggered terms, until changed in accordance with the provisions of this act.

SECTION 3. The board of health of the town of Framingham shall consist of five members, all serving three-year staggered terms, until changed in accordance with the provisions of this act.

SECTION 4. Sections 1 and 2 of this act shall take effect on July 1, 2016.

SECTION 5. Section 3 of this act shall take effect on July 1, 2017.
