An Act relative to municipal elections in the city of Somerville.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 281 of the acts of 1932 is hereby amended by striking out, in the "Petition Accompanying Statement of Candidate", the words ", and that we have not subscribed to more nominations of candidates for this office than there are persons to be elected thereto".

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
