An Act relative to the cultivation of marijuana and marihuana.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION. Section 3 of Chapter 40A of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out, in line 39, the word “therof.” and inserting in placed thereof the following words:- provided, however, that term agriculture shall not include the growing, cultivation, distribution or dispensation of marijuana as defined in section 2 of Chapter 369 of the Acts of 2012 or marihuana as defined in section 1 of Chapter 94C.
