An Act requiring voters to re-accept the provisions of Chapter 44B once every five years from the date of their original acceptance.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Subsection (f) of section 3 of chapter 44B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “acceptance”, in line 59, the following words:- initially and on each quinquennial anniversary.
