An Act expanding eligibility for diversion to treatment for criminal offenders.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 276A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in lines 6 through 7, the following words: -

“who has reached the age of 18 years but has not reached the age of twenty-two,”
