An Act authorizing the town of Boylston to sell a portion of a certain town property.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The town of Boylston may sell a portion of the property known as “Hillside”, located along Main street, and acquired by the town by an order of taking dated April 14, 1997, recorded at the Worcester district registry of deeds in book 18761, page 25. The portion of land to be sold is located along the westerly sideline of Elmwood place, contains approximately 178,321 square feet of land and is shown on a sketch plan entitled “Plan of Land for Sale, Elmwood Place, Boylston, MA” dated March 7, 2016, prepared by James P. Smith, and available for public inspection during regular business hours at the office of the town clerk.
