An Act designating a certain intersection in the town of Pembroke as the James “Tiny” Brown Memorial Square.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The intersection of Washington Street, Route 53, and Barker Street, Route 14, in the town of Pembroke shall be designated and known as the James “Tiny” Brown Memorial Square, in memory of James “Tiny” Brown, who served his country in the U.S Army, served his town as a call firefighter and served his community as a businessman and philanthropist. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
