An Act relative to special education transportation costs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1:The fourth sentence of subsection (a) of section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the word “not” and said section is further amended by striking, in lines 26 and 27, the following words: - “transportation costs”
