An Act To Improve Safety for Massachusetts Residents Who Suffer Allergies.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The General Laws, Part I, Title XII, Chapter 69, Section 8A, will be amended as follows:
Insert in (7) after the word "resuscitation":-
", the administration of epi-pens,"
