An Act relative to regional school transportation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. SECTION 2E of Chapter 131 of the Acts of 2010 is hereby amended by adding at the end the following:
Regional School Transportation shall not be lowered by 9C cuts of the Governor, but rather by vote of the Legislature. Further, any reductions made by the legislature shall not be greater than the percentage reduction in Chapter 70 school aid.
