An Act relative to voter lists.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of chapter 51 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 6 and 26, the word “date” and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following word:- year.
SECTION 2. Section 7 of said chapter 51, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the word “date” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- year.
SECTION 3. Section 10A of said chapter 51, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 9, the word “date” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- year.
SECTION 4. Section 47C of said chapter 51, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the word “date” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- year.
SECTION 5. Section 64 of said chapter 51, as appearing in section 8 of chapter 111 of the acts of 2014, is hereby amended by striking out, each time it appears, the word “date” and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following word:- year.
SECTION 6. Section 76B of chapter 54 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 47, the word “date” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- year.
SECTION 7. Section 76C of said chapter 54, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 70, the word “date” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- year.
