In the One Hundred and Eighty-Ninth General Court

An Act relative to state primary elections.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 53, Section 28 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the word “seventh “ in the first sentence and replacing it with “eleventh.”
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
