An Act relative to the Department of Fisheries and Wildlife.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The Department of Fisheries and Wildlife shall promulgate regulations with respect to best practices relative to wildlife and management of our natural and water resources.
