An Act relative to the maintenance of existing public ways and wetlands protection.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 40 of chapter 131 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, by inserting in line 7 after the word, “enlarging,” the following:-- “an existing public way.”
